Today I will show you my pink quilt. It is a pattern from the book "American country scrap quilts" from Liz Porter and Marianne Fons. In their book, it is called Kansas Twister. Mine is called "tourniquet de fleurs" (Flower merry-go-round) as it was (again!) an attempt to get rid of some old fabrics. The ones here are mainly from the 80´s and most of them are with small flowers. Others have stripes with flowers (quite awful !) but I wanted to use only my stash and that is what I did. I machine quilted it with a meander in the last border and some leaves in the first. The center is quilted in the ditch.

Well, got some time in my hands while they are eating. Looks good but would be more useful in a crimson red color!! and would look lovely in my living room!
Take care
