WOOL, WOOL, WOOL
We are enjoying the last days of our Easter break and we have been lucky with the weather, being able to spend a lot of time outside.I managed quite a few wooly things too:First I dyed some wool rovings that I intend to spin in the near future. Then I spun and plyed. As you can see in the picture I am not really an expert at plying yet!And this is the end result with the 2 rovings I used in the background. If the yarn was not so scratchy I would be very pleased with it! With the help of my DS, I dyed some sock yarn as well. I tried this time to get some spring/summer colours to match the weather.I wish you a nice week with some mild weather.

Beautiful! And those blues are divine. I can hardly wait to see what you come out with next. Would you believe my DH finished his first scarf and it was patterned to boot. (4 knit, 4 purl to make a checkerboard)
What a gorgeous array of color! Wow- you must really be in the mood to knit socks- that's a lot of yarn!
What fun to dye and spin your own yarn *s*
Gwen, I love looking at the photos of your beautiful, colorful yarn, it is wonderful! I admire your many talents, quilting, spinning, dying and knitting with the yarn.
